Warm weather calls for loose fitting, breathable clothing. I have been on the hunt for a tank that looks stylish while being eco-friendly. Although a basic in everyone’s closet, I was searching for a more feminine look than the norm. I don’t like a tight fitting tank and I didn’t want a masculine looking muscle top. I am a bit self-conscious of having a bit of junk in the trunk so I tend to purchase longer tops for a bit of booty coverage.
Luckily I found the perfect tank from my favourite eco-friendly clothing company. The Bamboo Fluid Tank Top from Efforts Eco-Essentials has a relaxed fit but with a feminine A-line silhouette. It is made of 70% rayon from bamboo and 30% cotton providing the ultimate in breathability. It has a scoop neck with longer sides and looks fabulous with a pair of capri leggings or a pair of short shorts. It makes for easy dressing; just pull it on and off you go!
My new tank is extremely comfortable. The bamboo material is so soft and drapes nicely. I love the fact that it is moisture-wicking, keeping me cool in the hot weather. It is anti-bacterial so stays fresh and odour-free even on the most humid and sweatiest of days! From past purchases, I have found the bamboo material to be extremely durable and the clothing keeps it shape wash after wash.
It’s available in grey, watermelon, blueberry, black and light blue. I personally purchased the black and watermelon but can see myself getting the other colours as well. It’s the ideal versatile tank, great for everyday wear or workouts. It’s also a great layering piece so I can wear it year-round.
I always feel great about purchasing and wearing clothing from Efforts. Environmentally friendly bamboo requires little water to grow and needs no pesticides or fertilizers. It absorbs greenhouse gases and produces clean, fresh oxygen.
Efforts Eco Essentials has a wide variety of hemp and bamboo clothing styles to choose from for both men and women at very reasonable prices. They also have the fabrics for sale as well, and they will ship anywhere in North America.
