If at any time within 30 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied, simply return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered items for a refund/exchange.
Please note: undergarments and clearance items are final sale.
Return cost: customers will cover the return shipping cost for unwanted items, but we may provide return options for better cost comparison.
If the item sent is wrong or defective, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed.
Please follow these instructions for a return / exchange:
- (1). Circle the item(s) that are for return or exchange on the sale receipt.
- (2). For an exchange, also please indicate the item(s) you would like to change to.
- (3). For a refund – once the item is received by the same method originally used to make the purchase.
- (4). We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- (5). Returns accepted only via Canada Post or US Postal Service .
- (6). Shipping cost will apply for exchange
